I’m an SAP EWM professional with deep experience across S/4HANA and warehouse operations. In my current role at Capgemini, I’m working on a decentralized S4/HANA setup supporting a Europe retail chain with 3K+ stores and 20 DC operations.

I’ve led rollout and go-live activities by tailoring the global EWM template to local needs, configuring inbound, outbound, and internal movements, and managing migration of master data including storage bins, handling units, and packaging details. I also coordinate workshops, support integration testing and defect resolution, plan cutovers, deliver hyper care, and create site-specific documentation while training end users.

Beyond rollouts, I support existing EWM managed warehouses through incident resolution (via ServiceNow), proactive monitoring of workflows and system queues, sanity checks during upgrades, SPS patching, and queue refresh tasks. Earlier, I also worked as an Industrial Engineering Manager, driving process optimization to reduce loss time, improving manufacturing efficiency, and leading continuous improvement practices like KANBAN and barcode systems.
