I’m certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB), and I specialize in turning complex healthcare data into strategic roadmaps and actionable decision support.

In my current role as Sr.Analyst at SoftServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I design and deploy dynamic Power BI dashboards for real-time decision-making across business units. I manage timelines, resources, and risk assessments, and I build reliable data pipelines using optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.

Previously, as a Freelancer & Consultant, I delivered BI consulting services—custom dashboards and automated reporting—for healthcare organizations. I led data audits to support compliance with healthcare regulations and trained healthcare teams to interpret and leverage analytics, improving clinical workflows and patient care quality.
