What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I own end-to-end P&L, strengthen finance and ERP-driven operations, and ensure strict compliance—while scaling performance, modernising digitally, and developing teams. Open to relocation and remote/hybrid work.

I’m an accountant by training and a seasoned chief executive with close to 30 years of experience across telecommunications finance, manufacturing, and craft-spirits production. I combine technical rigour with hands-on CEO leadership to run full profit-and-loss, operations, sales, and compliance.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Qualito Craft Distillery, I built the distillery from the ground up, securing the distilling licence and designing the grain-to-glass production process. I created a cross-border import/export trading operation from scratch—scaling to 4 million litres per year—and led international commercial success, including a Bronze Medal at the 2019 London Spirits Competition.

I’ve built finance functions “from the ground up” and driven large-scale ERP implementations, including Oracle and SAP. I manage capex and project finance, handle complex regulatory obligations including SARS excise, and ensure quality through ISO 9001 accreditation and rigorous quality-control processes.

Previously, I led manufacturing growth at Hoedspruit Glass & Aluminium CC (Glasfit), increasing annual turnover from around R800,000 to over R10 million while delivering major end-to-end aluminium and glazing projects. I also spent years in telecoms finance and billing leadership at Vmobile Nigeria and Vodacom South Africa, operating at significant national scale and supporting Oracle/SAP implementations.

Built and scaled Qualito Craft Distillery from inception to an operating craft spirits business with exports and cross-border trading, scaling volumes from zero to 4 million litres per year.
