At Central Group, I manage the CSOC and Security Operations engineering teams, oversee an annual CISO department budget of approximately 120M THB, and serve as Critical Incidents Commander. I select and implement EDR, SIEM, and SOAR solutions.
I spearheaded AI and open-source security adoption at Central Group, including self-learning AI automation, AI investigation, a Security Data Lake, and IDS. The resume reports that 47% of security cases were handled without human interaction and 95% of threats were blocked before impact.
At Agoda, I integrated IAM for 6,000 employees in collaboration with HR, IT, and Customer Support, and worked on Active Directory hardening and MFA to mitigate lateral movement. I also implemented cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Benchmark, and PCI DSS.
