What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data or business analytics role where I can build Power BI dashboards, analyze operational data, partner with stakeholders, and deliver KPI-driven insights that improve business decisions.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I analyzed 10,000+ HR and operational records to uncover business risks, performance trends, and actionable insights.

I built and maintained Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for SLA compliance, ticket resolution, workforce metrics, and operational performance. I use DAX, data modeling, SQL, and Power Query to create scalable reporting solutions.

I clean, validate, transform, and integrate data from enterprise sources, including ServiceNow and SAP HCM. My work includes ETL activities, exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, and data-quality checks.

I collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into reporting solutions, and automate recurring workflows. I also work with Advanced Excel, AWS S3, GCP, BigQuery, Python notebooks, and Gemini AI to support analytics delivery.
