What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable technical role with clear procedures and product training, plus customer-site travel. I prefer hands-on support and troubleshooting rather than a senior architecture or management path.

I’m a hands-on IT technician with experience since 2022 in internal support and infrastructure operations, centered on practical end-user support and reliable incident resolution. I focus on clear procedures and product training, and I enjoy working directly on-site when travel is needed.

In my current role as IT Support / System Administrator, I resolve endpoints, connectivity, and day-to-day IT operations. I configure and troubleshoot switch ports, VLANs, DHCP/DNS connectivity, cabling, and Cisco/Aruba/D-Link/UniFi networking devices, while also supporting VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi, virtual servers, backups, and storage according to internal procedures.

I also support security tooling, including basic Palo Alto firewall operations and Cortex XDR agent/collector deployment, and I review logs for basic connectivity diagnostics. Beyond IT, I install and troubleshoot PCs, network equipment, and CCTV/RTSP camera systems and create and maintain technical documentation.
