PEI CHEN HUANG

I am a dietitian and laboratory technician with hands-on experience delivering nutrition care and performing routine quality control testing.

In the lab I performed routine quality control tests, collected and analyzed data, and collaborated with production teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues while following strict safety and hazardous-material disposal protocols.

During clinical placement I provided nutrition counseling, calculated diet prescriptions, and contributed to the development and implementation of nutrition care plans; I also have administrative experience handling reporting and data entry.

I am proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets and Canva, and hold a Waste Disposal Technician Class B certification. I seek to apply my combined lab, nutrition, and administrative skills in a collaborative role that values safety and continuous improvement.
