What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote FP&A or finance business partner role at a company where finance drives decisions, ideally in banking, fintech, SaaS or other fast-growing businesses. I want to work closely with leadership and commercial teams on budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Based in Brazil, fluent in English, comfortable with US/Europe time zones, and available immediately.

I'm a Senior FP&A Analyst with 4+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and performance analysis, including 3 years in banking at Banco Original.

I consolidated results for 5 banking segments (corporate, agribusiness, middle market, receivables advance, and receivables assignment, both domestic and offshore), cutting the consolidation cycle from 10 days to 2. I maintained the bank-wide P&L and built individual P&Ls for approximately 50 commercial managers and their teams, giving each one clear ownership of their numbers. I also led annual budgeting and forecasting and partnered with commercial leadership on expense control and prioritization of initiatives.

Earlier, at Berkmann Brasil, I worked directly with the UK headquarters on pricing, margins, cash flow and forecasting, so I'm comfortable working with international teams.
