I am a Senior ML and AI Engineer with deep expertise in building production machine learning systems, MLOps pipelines, and generative AI front ends.
At Lloyds Banking Group I led the development of the bank's first generative AI front-end app using Plotly Dash and designed RAG backends and integrations with Gemini to power summarisation, chat and recommendation workflows that inform Customer Insight teams.
I led multiple GCP migrations, moving APIs, MySQL data and model infrastructure to BigQuery, GCS and GKE, achieving substantial performance gains and operational improvements; I also built Vertex Pipelines, Cloud Build CI/CD, Terraform automation and reusable developer tooling used across data science teams.
I hold an MSc in Computer Science (Distinction) from the University of Oxford and a First Class BSc in Mathematics and Statistical Science from UCL; I bring strong NLP, MLOps and data engineering experience and a track record of delivering cost and time savings in production.
