With a rich background in public speaking, life coaching, and empowerment training, I am passionate about helping individuals and communities unlock their potential. My journey began with extensive training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), where I became a Master Practitioner, honing my skills in modeling human behavior and applying effective coaching interventions.
Over the years, I have held various roles, including Head of Programs and Mental Health Coordinator at the Otto-Benecker Foundation, where I facilitate mental health initiatives and write grants to support our mission. My experience as a consultant and trainer has allowed me to work with diverse organizations, including the Nairobi Human Rights Network and Afya Jijini, where I focused on community empowerment and health education.
I am committed to continuous learning and development, having recently completed training in Mental Health Literacy and Business Development Skills. My goal is to create safe spaces for youth and foster environments where individuals can thrive and achieve their aspirations.
