Paulo Miguel Soria
@paulomiguelsoria
I'm an applied physics graduate building quantum detection experiments and analyzing experimental data.
What I'm looking for
I'm completing applied physics research at the University of San Carlos, where I develop Quantum State Discrimination protocols for weak-signal detection using a SpinQ NMR Quantum Computer. I use Python and PyTorch to simulate quantum states, analyze signal-to-noise significance, and refine tests across decoherence levels.
I've also built and presented physics projects spanning Arduino FFT audio analysis, classroom acoustics, gyroscope-based gravity verification, spectroscopy, thermal conductivity, and circuit measurements. I'm particularly interested in quantum computing and observational astronomy, with hands-on laboratory, data analysis, and science communication experience.
