Paul Davila

I am a creative and detail-oriented video editor and colorist with 13 years of experience in post-production and on-set cinematography. I specialize in transforming raw footage into polished, visually compelling content for short films, social media, cooking recipes, music videos, informational videos, and documentaries.

I have five years of remote work experience and a proven ability to stay organized and self-motivated while managing multiple projects and collaborators. My work at BODi has focused on nutritional and fitness content for web and social media, including color correction, motion graphics, audio mixing, and language versioning.

Previously, I edited long-form and short-form projects for international markets at Playboy TV, performing color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics for multiple versions. As a freelance cinematographer, I served as lead cinematographer on short films, features, music videos, web series, and spec commercials, and I am proficient with cameras, lenses, and lighting for video.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Theatre/TV/Film) from the University of Texas-Pan American and am fluent in English and Spanish. I am continually learning new skills and enjoy movies, video games, and reading to broaden my creative practice.
