At Wunderloop, I turned the laser scan of Haus 4 into a Revit model at LOD 300, with drawing sheets and an IFC export. I also modeled the upper floors of an office building in Düsseldorf from 2,400 point cloud files.
For a rehabilitation hospital expansion in Cape Coral, I worked on the Revit model and permit set, detailing how prefabricated modules connect to the existing building and site. At COFARES, via CBRE, I modeled a warehouse extension and coordinated architecture, structure, and MEP in a federated model, checking clashes in Navisworks.
I’ve also modeled concrete outlines for Conco from contract drawings and created a Revit model at LOD 300 with a full drawing set for the Amazon logistics park. My work spans scan-to-BIM, coordination, and construction documentation.
