At UBS, I led the hybrid-to-native transformation of the UBS Twint App, defining core UI patterns, flows, and components. The rebuild raised the App Store rating from 2.8 to 4.2, with sustained CSAT of 4.4/5 and 71% post-launch satisfaction.
On UBS’s Mobile Foundation team, I took end-to-end ownership of the first dark mode proposal in UBS history approved by branding, design system, and engineering. I’ve also redesigned payment flows, supported a P2P strategy validated with a 70-participant study, and established a UX feedback framework adopted as a firm-wide standard.
