I’m a Process Associate in Content Moderation, and I bring a strong Electrical & Electronics Engineering foundation from my B.Tech alongside 2+ years of corporate experience. In my current role at Genpact, I review and moderate large volumes of digital content to ensure alignment with company policies and global standards. I identify risk, policy violations, and sensitive content, maintain high accuracy, and consistently meet daily productivity targets while handling confidential information with professionalism.

I enjoy turning ambiguity into action. I perform quality checks, collaborate with team leads on process improvement, and adapt quickly to policy updates and workflow changes in fast-paced environments. My approach balances speed with careful judgment—so decisions are both correct and repeatable.

Alongside operations, my technical background supports my curiosity about electrical systems and performance. I studied 132/33 kV substation layouts, relay protection basics, earthing systems, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance, and I built projects like MPPT solar PV tuned with ANFIS, thermal overload protection for distribution transformers, and automatic vehicle headlight intensity control.
