I’m a performance-driven finance professional with 4+ years of experience driving external financial reporting, fund administration, and regulatory compliance across banking and asset management environments. I build reporting that stakeholders can trust—grounded in UK GAAP, SEC reporting, and Bank of England frameworks.

In my current role as a Senior Analyst for External & Regulatory Reporting at Nomura Services India Pvt Ltd., I spearhead end-to-end financial statement preparation and validation for Nomura group entities (NIP–Broker-Dealer and NBI–Bank). I also orchestrate timely submission of regional regulatory returns, including monthly and annual obligations.

I bring strong control and analysis capability: I conduct month-end variance analysis, investigate reporting variances with Treasury and Product Control, and turn complex financial data into executive-level summaries for CFO- and board-ready presentations. I’ve managed regulatory submissions including SEC Focus II filings and monthly filings for NBI with the Bank of England.

Previously at BNY Mellon International Operations (India) Pvt. Ltd., I administered UK Authorized Funds reporting with a focus on NAV finalization and resolution of auditor observations. I supported BlackRock Collective Investment Funds and other marquee clients, onboarding new funds, interpreting prospectuses, mentoring junior professionals, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to strict reporting timelines.
