What I'm looking for
I’m a business operations professional with 8+ years managing vendor relationships, budgets, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across real estate and service-based environments in Singapore. I bring hands-on operational discipline to core supply chain work—procurement coordination, inventory readiness, and day-to-day execution that supports service delivery.
In recent roles, I coordinated equipment supply and service-provider relationships to maintain facility and inventory readiness, tracked budgets and costs for operational planning, and led continuous improvement initiatives to remove process gaps. I also prepared payroll and financial reporting with accuracy and compliance, resolving operational and scheduling issues in real time to keep delivery consistent across multiple stakeholders.
To strengthen my long-term focus, I recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Global Business Management (Logistics & Supply Chain) at Northumbria University, building formal grounding in procurement flows, inventory coordination, distribution planning, and ERP systems (SAP).
