At SK Malaysia, I’ve supported portfolio exits, including work on the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation of SOCAR and the exit of a BigPay debt agreement. I also led due diligence on two Johor AI data centre sites; my findings contributed to Senai Airport being selected as the preferred site.

At CapBay, I contributed to Series B fundraising and developed valuation models, investor materials, and unit economics analysis.
