At Esko Graphics India Pvt Ltd (Esko / Enfocus), I grew from an Individual Contributor to Team Lead, building an India-based engineering team from scratch. I took over Enfocus Switch with minimal knowledge transfer, restored team ownership and process discipline, and helped rebuild customer confidence.

For Enfocus Switch, I shifted quality left, expanded test automation, and helped reduce the bug backlog by ~70%. I also pioneered GitHub Copilot adoption with productivity metrics, contributing to an ~35% improvement in delivery/productivity.

I architected an AWS API Gateway platform for secure access to Esko S2 and took PitStop Library Container from prototype to production. Earlier at Esko, I delivered features for WebCenter; at PointCross, I designed and implemented data-processing solutions for analytics platforms.
