At Incode Technologies, I lead Legal Operations and LegalTech initiatives, including an end-to-end CLM transformation from vendor negotiation through implementation, workflow design, and adoption.
I design contract playbooks and approval frameworks, and build legal intake, matter-management, and reporting processes. I also use AI-assisted first-pass contract review and create training and self-service resources.
At Incode Technologies and previously as a Contract Analyst & Negotiator, I drafted, reviewed, and negotiated SaaS and technology agreements across multiple regions, partnering with Sales and business stakeholders.
My work has also included contract lifecycle and compliance processes at Accenture and Likewize, and contract review and renewals at Preferred by Nature. I’m a certified English–Spanish legal translator, with experience preparing privacy policies, terms of use, and IP materials for technology clients.
