At Europcar, I lead end-to-end redesigns of booking, post-booking, and cross-sell workflows, using A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and user research to improve conversion and customer success. I also facilitate design audits and workshops that connect product opportunities to business OKRs.

Previously at Telefonica, I designed a new app across onboarding, account access, subscription billing, order tracking, dashboards, storefronts, and self-service support, while building its foundational design system. My background also includes freelance UX, web, graphic, and brand design, and I recently specialized in AI product experiences focused on trust, transparency, and user control.
