At The Rocket Code, I designed a fraud investigation platform that consolidated 4,000+ active cases for 30+ analysts at a major insurer, replacing disconnected manual processes under strict regulatory requirements.
I also designed a digital sales platform for 5,000+ insurance agents and led end-to-end design across 10+ B2B products, from discovery and requirements through user flows, developer handoff, and design QA.
