At Soleil des orphelins Laval, I updated sponsor and orphan records in databases and CRM systems, followed up with sponsors to address their questions and needs, and produced periodic management reports. I also handled internal and external communications and followed up on promised payments.
At Association Aide et secours, I entered accounting transactions in SAGE and checked cash and bank accounts during my accounting internship. In a separate management internship there, I created reports, welcomed visitors, and helped relay information between management and the team.
