I'm currently supporting pharmacists and patients at Walmart by managing prescription intake, claims, dispensing workflows, and over-the-counter customer assistance.
Previously, I represented Summit Community Care Clinic with patients and the public, prepared appointment charts, managed calls and payments, and helped keep clinic operations running smoothly.
My experience also includes legal administrative support at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, along with customer service roles at The Home Depot and Whole Foods Market. I'm fluent in French, English, Fulani, and Wolof.
