I seek roles in food safety, quality assurance, or process/energy efficiency where I can apply HACCP, ISO knowledge and data analysis to improve product safety and sustainability.

I am an agrifood engineer and emerging food safety professional with hands-on experience in quality systems, HACCP implementation, and energy efficiency analysis. My background spans industry placements in Morocco and ongoing graduate study in Food Safety & Food Risk Management in Italy.

At SETEXAM I supported ISO 50001 implementation, established energy baselines and KPIs for boiler performance, and analyzed consumption trends to guide efficiency improvements. Previously, as a quality engineering technician at SOMAFACO, I updated HACCP systems, conducted hazard analysis and assessment, and defined CCPs and corrective actions for a charcuterie line.
