I support clients with matters related to tax and social security obligations before SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT, and follow up on system issues and their resolution.
For an employee attendance system project started in 2023, I participated in testing and validation, and supported installation and implementation. I also trained users and provided support with operational errors and incidents through the system’s integrated operation.
Earlier at APSI SISTEMAS, S.A. DE C.V., I worked as a Payroll Processing Assistant Intern, supporting payroll processing, initial incident handling, and customer email follow-up. I hold a degree in Accounting and Financial Strategies and am pursuing a diploma in Digital Marketing.
