What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my transport-domain experience and data science skills to turn operational data into actionable insights for planning, efficiency, and better passenger experiences.

I currently extract, clean, and analyze operational data at the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency, turning it into reports and recommendations for transport monitoring and planning.

Across the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency, Baku Transport Agency, Intelligent Transport Management Center, and BakuBus LLC, I've spent more than 10 years working with passenger flow, route performance, bus demand, travel times, and network bottlenecks.

I've supported route planning and service adjustments through data-driven analysis aimed at improving route efficiency and passenger experience.

Alongside my transport work, I've built machine learning projects for chronic disease risk, systemic crisis signals, electric vehicle types, job salaries, and bank deposit subscriptions using data cleaning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and predictive modeling.
