I’m an entry-level IT professional passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges and drive organizational success, while continuing to learn and grow as a leader in the IT field.

In my project experience on a “Smart Workplace Platform” for NALCO, I worked on designing and implementing a smart digital platform to streamline workplace operations such as attendance, employee management, and internal communication—strengthening my practical software development and teamwork skills.

I also completed a Microsoft summer internship focused on Communication skills, Digital Productivity, Entrepreneurship, and Employability, where I enhanced my digital productivity by mastering advanced features of the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Teams, and team collaboration).

My foundation is complemented by training and certifications in computer hardware networking and maintenance (CTTC), introduction to hardware and operating systems (Coursera), spreadsheet applications in Excel (Coursera), practice exams for CompTIA A+ (Core 1 & Core 2), and a foundation course in Artificial Intelligence Applications (NIELIT). I bring strong technical problem solving and collaboration habits to every task.
