What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own upstream FP&A and treasury planning, build board-ready performance packs, and drive FP&A process governance using ERP-enabled reporting—while partnering with asset and functional leaders to deliver against budgets and KPIs.

I’m an ACA-qualified FP&A and strategic finance leader with 9 years of progressive experience and more than 6 years in upstream oil and gas. I establish annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles, coordinate Work Programme and Budget (WP&B) inputs, and translate performance into executive and board-ready insight.

At Waltersmith Petroman, I supported planning and financial governance for a business generating more than US$150 million in annual revenue. I shortened the monthly reporting cycle from 21 days to 8 days and delivered modelling and decision support for financing and strategic initiatives exceeding US$260 million, while strengthening management information and KPI visibility.

I bring disciplined FP&A process governance—ERP-enabled reporting with Sage Evolution/X3 alignment, IFRS management-reporting coordination, and clear escalation protocols. I’ve also delivered governance and value protection through three consecutive statutory audits and more than US$300,000 in savings.
