What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can deliver strong customer service, contribute to a supportive team, build operational skills, and continue developing my Information Technology education.

At Stories' Khaldeh Branch, I prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

I operate POS systems, process payments accurately, handle high-volume orders, and maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. I also build customer relationships, promote menu items, and support inventory needs.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Lebanese International University and bring a reliable, adaptable approach to teamwork, communication, and training new team members.
