At Lagos University Teaching Hospital, I gained clinical experience in a tertiary healthcare environment, participating in direct patient care, monitoring, nursing procedures, and clinical documentation. In the Accident & Emergency Ward, I supported emergency nursing care under supervision and monitored patients’ vital signs and condition.
Across hospital and primary healthcare settings, I participated in maternal and child healthcare, community health education, and health promotion. My training includes Basic Life Support, Good Clinical Practice, health research ethics, and newborn care; my research project examined midwife-led antenatal education and newborn care knowledge among antenatal women in LUTH.
