I built and shipped three AI-native PWAs independently: Fathom, a cross-cultural business intelligence engine; Luminaria, an ambient vocabulary learning platform; and Gigbook, a financial intelligence tool for gig workers.

Fathom turns five years of firsthand cross-border experience into 273 verified cultural rules across 40 countries, with country detection, negotiation guidance, taboo checks, dialogue simulation, and sanctions enrichment. Luminaria organizes 34,479 AI-labeled words into emotional learning spaces, while Gigbook helps workers track income, hours, goals, and operational decisions offline.

Before building products, I led cross-border supply chain, market-entry, commodity trade, compliance, and growth projects through Yunnan Hejun Business Consulting, with research experience at McKinsey and Roland Berger. I bring firsthand experience across Myanmar, Thailand, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, and ASEAN trade to product discovery, strategy, and execution.
