At Churches Action in Relief and Development, I prepare payment vouchers, process electronic transactions, and maintain financial records for donor-funded projects. I also compile financial reports for management and donor review.
I support donor compliance visits and institutional audits by ensuring documentation meets donor financial guidelines. My work includes preparing PAYE and Withholding Tax computations and VAT returns for submission to MRA.
At Lions Sight First Eye Hospital – South West Zone Comprehensive Eye Care Project, funded by Sight Savers International, I prepared financial reports and project activity budgets. I also monitored spending against approved allocations.
In that role, I managed payroll and pension deductions, processed payment vouchers, and maintained fixed asset records and bank and cash reconciliations. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Accounting, Auditing and Information Systems from Malawi College of Accountancy.
