At Johnson & Johnson, I progressed from Finance Intern to Inventory & COGS Senior Financial Analyst, working across month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. I investigate sales-order errors and transit-account discrepancies, and coordinate with IT and local finance teams on resolution.
I’ve contributed to ERP and business transformation programs including Osprey, Shockwave, Monarch, and Mentor. My work has included finance testing, master-data setup and validation, and inventory reconciliations across JDE and SAP environments.
I also redesigned the ME Tracker reconciliation file and introduced monthly DMAAI/S-flag maintenance. I use Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI in reconciliation and reporting work, and provide training and onboarding support to analysts and new joiners.
