What I'm looking for

I'm moving into product management, building on my software engineering background and experience turning customer problems into structured product improvements. I'm open to fully remote, home-based work in the EMEA time zone.

At Microsoft Ireland, I contributed backend code in C#/.NET for the SharePoint eSignature product during Agile sprint cycles, helping improve product quality and add functionality. I also worked on fixing infrastructure issues in Azure services and deployment pipelines.

At Multilogin, I turned customer problems with complex browser-automation software into structured bug reports and coordinated with support, QA, and engineering to prioritize and track platform improvements. I'm building on that experience with Product Analytics coursework, including A/B testing, statistical significance, and experiment design.
