At Auvra Tech Ltd, I own product strategy and MVP delivery for an early-stage blockchain cultural preservation startup. I defined a focused four-feature MVP and built the product operating system from zero, creating a single source of truth for priorities, ownership, and delivery.

I also owned a structured three-week MVP roadmap and coordinated work across backend, mobile, admin dashboard, design, and creative contributors. I turn stakeholder expectations into requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria, and coordinate QA and release readiness.
