At H&C Outsourcing Limited, I support end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding documentation.

I maintain accurate candidate records, coordinate communication between clients and new hires, and manage schedules, emails, and HR-related documentation to improve administrative efficiency. I also work with clients to understand workforce needs and align talent acquisition strategies.

Through my HR internship at Fedora Herald, I supported KPI-based appraisals, drafted job descriptions and offer letters, contributed to employee engagement initiatives, and developed practical knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and workplace conflict resolution.
