What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale engaged online communities, using recurring programs, creator advocacy, moderation, and member feedback to strengthen products and marketing.

I currently lead client operations and marketing at Holo Hive, coordinating 30+ creators across six campaigns while producing weekly market intelligence briefings, campaign narratives, and performance reports.

I've built and run Discord communities for MetaverseMagna and Silent Protocol from scratch, growing them from 3,000 to 8,000 members and from 19,000 to 42,000 members. Daily engagement, recurring challenges, competitions, and community spotlights drove activity and retention.

I turn community sentiment into structured feedback for product and marketing teams, especially when clear and fast communication matters. I've also built moderation processes, bot infrastructure, and multilingual moderator teams to keep growing communities safe and welcoming.

My background includes social media management for CafeSwap, Web3 content creation for VEMP and Blockster, product testing, and client-facing coordination.
