At Migliore Construzione and Tecniche, I manage construction projects and coordinate site activities to meet project specifications. On a project for a 10-storey building with 120 units, I managed construction from the substructure to the first floor, including site setup, pile-cap excavation, and dewatering systems.
At Cove Towers, I oversaw construction of a 7-storey, 84-unit residential building with a pile foundation. I managed project planning and material estimation, coordinated subcontractors, and directed work on suspended floors, roof beams, and staircases.
On the Amore Multiplex project, I led formwork, reinforcement, and casting for the fifth-floor slab, fifth-floor columns, and roof beam. I also coordinated block setting from the first to fifth floor in accordance with the architectural drawing.
Previously, as Site Engineer at Mackay Renovations, I led an office apartment renovation and conducted Pre-Execution Plan talks. During my industrial training at Sarah Ashler Limited, I supervised apartment construction and used dumpy levels and laser instruments for measurements and alignment.
