Designs Credit Risk Models for the bank and drives the implementation of the Credit Risk Management framework in the operations of the bank. Leads the identification, communication, measurement, and management of credit risks with relation to various lending/retail/mortgage products the bank has.

Conducted detailed review and analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess customer creditworthiness. Evaluated the financial capacity of borrowers by analyzing incomes, debt levels, liquidity, and repayment modes.

Analyzed and reconciled ATM transaction exceptions, including dispense errors, chargebacks, disputes, and refunds. Performed reconciliation for various e-business transactions such as NIP, POS, WEB, Credit Card, and Quick Teller.

Processed instant and NEFT (NIBSS Electronic Fund Transfer) fund outflows and in-house fund transfers. Managed deposit booking and roll-over upon maturity, as well as liquidation of fixed deposits based on customer instructions.

Served as a Computer Instructor, teaching students various ICT concepts. Managed the NDDC equipped digital laboratory and resource centre, ensuring its efficient operation and maintenance.
