Oguti Joseph

I’m an Electronics and Computer Engineering student at Soroti University, with hands-on experience in “Networking and Web Development” through an internship at Stratcom Communications and Computer Solutions. I focus on building practical, user-ready systems and troubleshooting what breaks to keep networks and apps running smoothly.

I’ve also served as a Computer Laboratory Instructor at Kololo Senior Secondary School, which strengthened my ability to explain technical concepts clearly while supporting day-to-day computer lab operations. Alongside that, I’ve worked with web and app development tools like React.JS, .NET Framework (C#), Android Studio, and Arduino IDE, plus networking tools such as Wireshark, Packet Tracer, and GNS3.

On the data side, I use Python data tools (NumPy, Pandas, MatPlotLib) and analytics platforms like Orange Data Mining and Microsoft Power BI. My learning is guided by certifications in Ethical Hacking, Cisco Networking, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics, and by leadership as a Co-Founder and Secretary for Soroti University Engineering Society.
