What I'm looking for

I'm looking for UI/UX design opportunities where I can create simple, useful digital experiences, collaborate with product teams and developers, learn through feedback, and apply customer empathy to solve real user pain points.

I designed Munch Yard, a multi-restaurant food delivery app, creating wireframes and high-fidelity Figma screens for browsing, item selection, cart, and checkout flows.

My customer service work at AUSWEB Internet Café gave me direct insight into customer frustrations, expectations, and service pain points. I use active listening, empathy, and practical problem-solving to make digital experiences clearer and easier to use.

I'm comfortable managing design work independently in remote environments and collaborating on-site with clients, developers, designers, and product teams. I communicate design decisions from the user’s point of view and keep improving through practice and feedback.
