At First Quantum Health and Wellness, I supported rehabilitation and discharge for 21 work-conditioning and hardening clients, all of whom returned to normal duties. I conducted baseline and review functional assessments and prepared progress reports to guide rehabilitation and return-to-work decisions.
I also supported employee wellness programs, including weight-management monitoring, exercise initiatives, and health education. I conducted 197 baseline and 71 review assessments for employees in weight-management programs, and maintained program records to support follow-ups and trend monitoring.
During clinical rotations at University and Kitwe Teaching Hospitals, I supported rehabilitation across neurology, orthopaedics and trauma, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and paediatric practice. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from The University of Zambia and am registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia.
