At TRA, Moshi Regional Office, I assisted in processing Electronic Fiscal Devices for taxpayers, conducted basic tax compliance using ITAX, and helped taxpayers with compliance and e-filing. I also drafted assessment notices.
My research examined the impact of taxation on local economic development in Moshi Municipality, including tax revenue allocations and SME compliance. I have a Bachelor of Accounting and Taxation from Moshi Co-operative University and knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws, VAT, PAYE, and corporate income tax.
