I’m an Accountant Trainee focused on building a long-term career in accounting and financial management. I bring strong analytical skills, disciplined record-keeping, and a commitment to accuracy in every task. I’m especially motivated by financial reporting, reconciliation work, audit preparation, and compliance.

In my studies at Mzumbe University, I’ve been deepening my foundation in accounting and finance, strengthening how I interpret data, financial statements, and trends. I also actively develop my ability to apply accounting principles and reporting standards while maintaining careful, reliable documentation.

At Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), I supported daily financial transactions and helped keep cashbooks and ledgers accurate and up to date. I participated in bank reconciliations, assisted with monthly, quarterly, and annual report compilation, and verified vouchers and receipts. I also supported auditors by preparing schedules and retrieving documents, which sharpened my audit readiness and attention to detail.

Beyond reporting, I’ve gained practical experience in budget monitoring by tracking expenditure against approved budgets and building variance awareness. I take pride in integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics, and I’m eager to contribute to efficient financial operations through timely data processing and proactive problem-solving.
