At the UTSA Tomas Rivera Center, I schedule and manage staffing for nine receptionists, keeping front-desk operations covered and workloads balanced during peak hours. I also partner with the supervisor on interviews, hiring decisions, and training new staff.
I lead data cleanup and process improvement projects, organizing Excel records for thousands of student profiles and designing operational projects to improve efficiency and service delivery.
As Chief Financial Officer of UTSA AVE Magazine, I spearheaded fundraising initiatives that secured $700+ in sponsorships and donations. I also partnered with a five-member team on a fashion show feature, coordinating creative concepts, wardrobe, and event logistics for an event with 200+ attendees.
In my academic projects, I built an Excel transshipment optimization model using Solver and conducted an Excel-based cryptocurrency valuation analysis for SoFi Technologies.
