At LogicRain Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I developed a public-facing Salesforce site from scratch with Lightning Web Components, supporting dynamic customer intake and product selection. I also created an API-based solution for updating Salesforce data through URL-driven requests.
I optimized Salesforce Flow automations for complex business processes and used Apex and JavaScript to develop solutions for client needs. I also managed technical communication with three international clients across the US and Canada.
Before that, at QASherpas Pvt. Ltd., I architected Salesforce CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation, and developed Lightning Web Components and single-page applications. I’m Salesforce Platform Developer I certified, with training in Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce System Administrator.
