What I'm looking for

I am a SANC Registered Professional Nurse with extensive experience in neonatal intensive care, primary healthcare, HIV/TB management, research, and telehealth services. I focus on patient-centred care, combining patient assessment, clinical documentation, counselling, and multidisciplinary collaboration while maintaining professional ethics and evidence-based practice.

In my current role, I provide comprehensive nursing care, help implement HIV/TB care protocols, and coordinate discharge planning, including post-discharge telephonic follow-up. Previously, I managed critically ill neonates in NICU settings and supported families through emotional support and education; I also delivered primary healthcare during community service and contributed as a research nurse through participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection, and GCP-aligned documentation.
