At CUBIQSAS –DigitalTransformation Lab, I led end-to-end development of two scalable Power BI analytics modules for retail networks, integrated into StoreHubMobile and StoreHubAuditcam and used by all current clients. I also developed a BI tool for monitoring connectivity across retail network sensors, cameras, and servers.
As a freelancer, I design and maintain BI solutions that align business requirements with data analysis and visualization needs. Earlier, at MPPDesarrollo Minero, I defined data quality standards and led data collection across 24 regional units, producing dashboards, executive reports, and sector KPIs.
