Defined REST API reference architecture, designing Experience and Process API layers with RAML-driven specifications. Created guidelines for service naming, versioning, and patterns for internal/external APIs and pub/sub messaging.

Defined new components for the DHL integration framework, overseeing implementation and review of new service definitions. Worked on various components including data cross-referencing, CouchDB REST API wrapper, and automated testing framework.

Defined and implemented business process designs for managing physically distributed telecommunication network devices, including requirements gathering, process design, webMethods implementation, and testing management.

Created high-level design documentation for an integration framework solution, delivering high-level designs for a monitoring framework.

Coordinated 5 migration and refactoring projects for webMethods from v6.1 to v7.1, managed a team of 10 integration developers, and provided support to production interfaces.

Implemented and configured High Availability Infrastructure with IS+BRK+MWS Cluster using webMethods 6.5.2, defined maintenance procedures, and coached developers. Also provided development and support for Nokia via webMethods PS.

Delivered POC for Customer Data Synchronization at PwC, tuned existing Trading Networks implementation at Norfolkline, and provided development coaching and support at HM Revenue and Customs.

Developed middleware interfaces using ActiveWorks 4.0, implemented integrations between prepaid and billing systems, and designed custom adapters for Vodafone Global Voucher. Also analyzed requirements and developed interfaces using webMethods products.

Used Tibco to connect financial trading real-time system (Kondor+) to non-real-time system (mainframe ATLAS), created custom adapters and flow control logic. Also created a portal application to broadcast financial real-time information using Tibco messaging.
